The Khmer Rouge kept detailed records of their prisoners, whom they often tortured before sending off to be brutally murdered. These were just some of the victims imprisoned at Tuol Sleng in Phnom Penh. After confessing to their "crimes", they were transported to the killing field at Choeung Ek for execution.
