Reflection of Taj Mahal and camel in the Yamuna River at sunset.

Perfect reflections of the Taj Mahal and a camel form in the Yamuna River at sunset in late December. The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum that was built from white marble by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to the memory of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Considered the finest example of Mughal architectecture, it was listed in 1983 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. (Brian K. Smith photo.)
