A girl plays in the sand at Crissy Field. This area was once a military airfield reclaimed from dunes and wetlands. They have since been restored, drawing cyclists, joggers, strollers, windsurfers, and families for the park's paths and beach area with close-up views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
